Pastor James A. Young has served at HCCNJ since its founding in 2013 and has had the privilege of helping lead the church from its earliest days into the growing church family it is today. He is passionate about helping people discover Jesus, develop their calling, and deliver the hope of the Gospel in their everyday settings.

With a heart for rural ministry and community transformation, Pastor James believes the local church should be one of the greatest sources of hope in the place it serves. He loves preaching God’s Word in a way that is practical, Spirit-led, and easy to understand for people in every season of life.

He and his wife, Amanda, love raising their daughter, Lucy, and being part of what God is doing in Indiana.
